Attention attention: pool is closed and noisy night club on ground floor. Security lazy, limited toilet capacity of hotel lobby is used by drunk party folks (and also in gym as I can read here) We have stayed here for years in top floor 75sqn flat with nice views and like the location. Was a real value place, now 2024 they are going to run down the place with night club and poor pool closing communication (alternatives nearby easy to arrange) Pool is closed until further notice (might be November 24) and no compensation from front desk. Go to next door center point or - if you can afford - to the Kimpton or Kempinski.

Extremely Disappointed. 1. Hotel is currently doing renovation work with the main entrance closed and noise produced during business hours. 2. Strong chemical smell from one of the lifts. I suspect this is related to the hotel renovation. 3. Swimming pool is closed for renovation. 4. Received a note from the hotel regarding no electricity, no air conditioning and whole areas in the hotel will be blacked out on 27 June. 5. Safe box was not operating and it took hotel staff 3 attempts to get it fixed. 6. Bathtub is not working.

The room is big and comfortable. It is close to the Erawan Buddha. It is very convenient to eat, drink and play around. Many people order takeaway. The facilities are under maintenance, the swimming pool is not available, and the gym is not bad
